Figuring out where to go. The Production pass was brutal but honest. We decided as a group to hunker down and get two things done. Based off of the prod pass, we need to make 2 new scenes as connective tissue and to fix some flaws. We also need to put all of our resources into getting all the basic animations (minus the 2 new scenes that are in early dev) done so we have a 3d animatic done by the final prod pass. I will be animating Scene 3, a pretty bulky scene, but I can only do one scene, because I'm pretty far behind in m other classes.

Everything (Houdini) broke on my PC. My best guess is that the HTOA download is machine based which sucks because it means I can either have it on my PC or laptop. Not both, extremely inconvenient. I should get IT to install the current Houdini on the whole network and that should bypass it. I emailed IT, 3 days later they installed Houdini on ONE SINGULAR PC with no HTOA plugin. WTF am I supposed to present for the Production pass???

Yay! I went thorough Houdini support learned how to do server licensing instead of machine licensing and installed Houdini on my PC along with the HTOA plugin. Surely nothing bad will happen. Also trying to grab the new geo to figure out how to use Arnold in Houdini.
